than to focus on a HERO in our lives...

I could write PAGES about my HERO...

but I will try to keep it short and sweet..

this man is beyond amazing.. has been everywhere.. done everything...

experienced things that most people only dream about...

has been educated in life by living it to the fullest...

he has the kindest heart and is one of my favorite people EVER.

an inspiration to everyone who meets him...

and I am lucky enough to have him as MY DAD!

my dad left home at age 15 and joined the army

{yes he lied about his age to get in.. }

He has many AMAZING stories from his days of being a paratrooper

and living all over the world while he served.

i love the imperfect and worn look of distressing.

i just sliced off the edge of the paper, distressed,

and adhered the red cardstock underneath

when i was the same age that my youngest daughter is now.. almost 3..

so adorable!
