oopsy daisy!

Oops! Sorry Friends with Flair peeps!!!
My post is going up late..
Angela and I were solving all the world's problems
over a few cups of coffee and time got away from me!
3 HOURS OF TIME.
but it was well worth it.
Friendships need that extra CONNECTING time once in awhile...

Anywho... Here is a fun little layout I made...
carrying on the theme from yesterday's
Thankful and Grateful Hip Hop...

This is my grandma.
My kid's GREAT grandma.
This photo was taken last weekend.
On her 95th BIRTHDAY.
Isn't that amazing?
SHE IS.
She lives alone.
(she has out-lived 2 husbands!)
Volunteers at the local thrift shop.
Drives everywhere.... even 2 hours to her Green Lake cabin on the weekends.
What a lady. She is simply FABULOUS...
I am SO THANKFUL that I've had her in my life
and that my kids now know her and have special memories of their Great Grandma.
It's the BEST.

Make sure you check out the UNITY BLOG for the entire list of FWF participants!!

Nice job. I also love the multi-colored leaves on the sides of your blog. I have a purse with that pattern on it.

What a fabulous LO! I love the photo! Great Grandma's are the best. I was able to get a 5 generation photo with two of my son's great grandmothers before their passing! They are cherished photos!
