{even my super picky neighbor guy liked it! ha!}

Mexicorn Dip
1- 11oz can white shoepeg corn (drained)
1-11oz can Mexicorn (drained)
{I found these @ Walmart}
1/2 c. sour cream
{can use fat free.. but really.. who would?!}
1/2 c. mayo
1 tsp. Lawry's seasoning salt
1 small can diced green chilies
1/2 c. chopped green onion
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
garlic salt to taste

Combine all ingredients & refrigerate
{at least a couple hours.. can be overnight}
Serve with tortilla chips
Will keep in the fridge for a few days

I am shocked!! I thought that this was my secret recipe!! lol I have been making “corn dip” for years!! I always get requests for it!! My Oklahoma version is a little different, but basically the same. Someone always asks for the recipe when I make it!!
